Thank you for sharing this informative case report on uterine arteriovenous malformation. Your detailed explanation of the congenital and acquired forms, along with the imaging modalities used for diagnosis, provides valuable insight for clinicians managing similar cases.
I appreciate the emphasis on the importance of recognizing uterine AVM as a rare but serious cause of genital tract bleeding. Your discussion on the risks of inadvertent curettage is particularly crucial in raising awareness among healthcare providers.
This case report is well-structured and highlights the significance of imaging techniques such as ultrasound and contrast-enhanced MRI in diagnosing uterine AVM. Thank you for contributing to the medical literature on this rare condition.
Your report does an excellent job of underlining the potential complications of delayed diagnosis and treatment in symptomatic patients. The case presentation and discussion provide a great learning opportunity for both radiologists and gynecologists.
Thank you for shedding light on this rare but critical condition. The case presentation not only enhances our understanding of uterine AVM but also serves as a reminder for clinicians to consider this diagnosis in patients with unexplained heavy vaginal bleeding.
Hope to see more cases report or original articles from your side or your colleagues in near future.

Pediatric trauma patients (14.5%) suffer cardiac trauma, accounting for 39% of the associated mortalities. The reported cardiac injury prevalence following significant blunt trauma varies widely, ranging from 0% to 43%. The diagnostic accuracy of echocardiography (ECHO) in detecting cardiac trauma is 90% sensitivity and 97% specificity .Assessing potential cardiac damage is critical for penetrating chest injury management. Prompt heart injury identification is vital for patient survival. The application of comprehensive knowledge and skills, coupled with effective communication and time management significantly reduces mortality and morbidity during transportation to the receiving health care facility !!
