About
I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and in 2010 with a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. In the year and a half that followed, I worked for Columbia University as both a research assistant in the field of cardiothoracic surgery and as a perfusionist with the heart and lung transplant team. This past fall I began my formal medical education in Detroit at the Wayne State University School of Medicine. I have great passion for the development and institution of medical technology, and hope to incorporate this passion into a career as a surgeon.
