Proteomics and Genomics contribute in a great way to the global health by characterization of complete set of proteins present in a cell, organ or organism and by analysis of protein-protein interaction. I have characterized more than 300 peptides and more than 100 biomolecules, stress induced/ repressed proteins through high throughput gel based and gel free targeted and untargeted proteomics followed by mass spectrometry (LC MS/MS, MALDI ToF MS/MS), protein microarray etc. for biomarker discovery and in diseases, stress induced diseases etc. Functional genomics by molecular biology techniques (DNA shuffling, Sequencing, mutation analysis, molecular genetics, transcriptomics & transgenics). Established lab protocols for mass spectrometry analysis, gel-based proteomics, peptide analysis & identification, molecular biology techniques (DNA shuffling, genetic engineering, protein purification & expression, cloning, vector construction, Agrobacterium transformation etc.)
