About
Pasquale De Negri, MD, FIPP, ESRA-EDPM is a
graduate of Federico II University Medical School,
Napoli Italy. He trained in Anesthesia at the
University of Federico II , Napoli and Pediatrics at
the University of Genova.
Dr. De Negri has been practicing since 1981, the last
18 years in Rionero in Vulture, at the IRCCS CROB
Cancer Center, selected as one of the top Cancer
Center in Italy. During these years Dr. De Negri has been deeply
involved in the perioperative care of cancer patients undergoing
major surgery and critically ill postoperative patients.
Sample's interests include daily practice at Pain Clinic and
interventional treatment of chronic cancer and non cancer pain.
In 2018 Dr. De Negri has been appointed Chairman of Department
of Anesthesia, Intensive Care and Pain Medicine at “S.Giuliano”
Hospi tal in Giugl iano (Napol i ) , I taly, leading a busy
Neuromodulation center with more than 100 SCS implanted per
year. In February 2021 Dr De Negri joined as Chairman of Department of Anaesthesia, Intensive Care and Pain Medicine General Hospital S.Anna & S. Sebastiano in Caserta; the Department ( with 50 anaesthetists) coordinates the activities of 10 surgical units (general surgery, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, cardiac surgery, maxillofacial surgery, ENT surgery, emergency surgery, orthopedics and traumatology), providing services to interventional angiography, interventional cardiology, day surgery and offers interventional pain therapy
Dr De Negri has been Visiting Professor in different institutions in
US, is a Fellow in Interventional Pain Practice ( World Institute of
Pain) and Board Member of European Diploma in Pain Medicine of
European Society of Regional Anesthesia.
Dr De Negri is registered also at General Medical Council in UK .
