About
Cliff was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He attended New York University where he majored in Anthropolgy with a minor in Chemistry. He had an early interest in medical research, and participated in multiple internships at National Institutes of Health and various medical schools throughout undergraduate career. His interests in the neurosciences and neurosurgery began right before starting medical school. He graduated from medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry with his MD degree. It was during his medical school career that his interests in neurosurgery continued to develop and thereafter he started his neurological surgery residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
He is currently a research associate with the Seattle Science Foundation and will complete a cerebrovascular neurosurgery fellowship at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute and thereafter complete neurological surgery residency.
Although the entire field of neurosurgery excites him, Cliff has a particular interest in Complex Spine and cerebrovascular neurosurgery.
