Andrei Torres obtained his Bachelor of Architecture and Urban Planning at Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC), Brazil, in 2011. He decided to work in the digital media field, acting as Web Designer and Web Developer at UFC on virtual learning projects from 2011 to 2015. In 2015 he was accepted as professor in the Digital Media program at UFC as part of the digital animation track. He obtained his MSc in Computer Engineering at the same institution in 2017 and shortly after, in 2018, started his PhD in Computer Science at Ontario Tech University, under professors Bill Kapralos and Alvaro Quevedo.
