Call for Submissions

We invite submissions for biographies or historical vignettes of notable medical professionals who have shaped the field and mentored future generations. Contributions should delve into the lives, achievements, and innovative processes of these pioneers, underscoring their enduring impact on human health. Submissions must be review articles and align with our detailed author guidelines, using "Historical Vignette" as a keyword. This collection aims to enhance our understanding of medical history and inspire both present and future healthcare professionals.

The deadline is August 16, 2024.

Cureus Guest Editor Collections

Since we released Cureus Guest Editor Collections, we have received hundreds of applications from prospective guest editors. We have also already launched several Guest Editor Collections. You can view them here.  We sincerely thank our community for your interest and enthusiasm in this new program.

New Publishing Competition

The Cureus Journal of Medical Science is proud to introduce the CT or CBCT Guided Online Adaptive Radiotherapy Clinical Case Reports publishing competition sponsored by Varian.

Eligible submissions shall include case reports and limited case series (featuring a maximum of five cases).

Our goal is to share the results with the Cureus global community of radiation oncologists, neurosurgeons (where applicable), medical physicists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, as well as patients who might benefit.
