I work as a professor in Community Medicine focussing on mental health and innovative approaches to care. My research explores stress, depression, and systemic challenges among medical professionals and the elderly, particularly in South India. I am developing a video game to promote mental well-being, emphasizing self-care, empathy, and task prioritization. Additionally, I blog about workplace identity, introspection, and personal accountability, weaving in cultural humor and profound anecdotes. Through my work, I aim to bridge public health, education, and technology to make mental health care more accessible.
