Forty-six years as an academic dermatologist, with an interest in infectious diseases (particularly fungal and sexually transmitted disease) and cutaneous signs of internal malignancy. I have published over 350 peer-reviewed manuscripts, 26 textbook chapters and four textbooks - including two of the first books highlighting skin disease in skin of color. I have given over 400 CME lectures in both the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia
