I am currently working as academic hospital in a 338-bed Multispecialty hospital with Comprehensive Stroke and Neurovascular Center serving a diverse population of eastern Baltimore County. We provide high-quality care to our hospitalized adult patients and coordinate with our multidisciplinary team. We strive to keep our patients safe, educate and improve patient outcomes.

I am passionate about Resident teaching and education. I had an opportunity to work and supervise our MedStar Health Internal Medicine (MHIM) Resident teams. As a Physician Dyad, I work closely with nursing staff to improve our patient experience and outcomes.

I am part of our system wide Hospital Medicine Education and Research committee which works to improve quality of medical care provided by education and scholarship. I am passionate about improving patient discharge process, reducing length of stay and decrease hospital readmission and currently involved in QI projects. We also guide our budding scholars, medical students and Residents in their academic activities.
