Dr. Christian Fisahn is an orthopedic and trauma surgeon from Bochum, Germany. He currently resides in Seattle, Washington where he is completing a year as a Neuroscience/ Spine Research Fellow at Swedish Medical Center. Dr. Fisahn received his medical degree from the Witten/ Herdecke University in Witten, Germany and his doctoral degree from the University of Oldenburg, Germany. He completed residencies in orthopaedic and trauma surgery at BG University Hospital Bergmannsheil Bochum, Germany. Dr. Fisahn’s research and clinical focus is on spinal deformities, spine trauma, spine fractures, spinal anatomy, spinal surgery revisions, osteoporosis, spinal cord injury and rehabilitation, degenerative disc disease and spine tumors.
